How to find our office entrance when you arrive at 9701 Gayton Rd:

1. When you arrive at 9701 Gayton Rd, please proceed around the building as the entrance faces away from the street.
2. Two large glass doors lead into our lobby, these doors should open if you are expected for an appointment.
3. Take the entryway on the left as you enter the lobby.
4. Turn left and proceed down the corridor, Suite 5 is our exam room and has a RevMed welcome mat with our logo.
5. To proceed to Dr. Moore’s office, continue past this door until you reach a cabinet.
6. Turn left at the cabinet, then immediately turn right.
7. Proceed down the corridor to another RevMed welcome mat.  This is Dr. Moore’s office.
